Shipping Coverage

At CLOUD LEVELLING SDN. BHD., we currently only ship within Malaysia. Our services cater to all regions and states, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all Orders placed through our website. No additional delivery charges will be applied, regardless of your order size, product type, or destination within Malaysia.


Order Processing Time

Undeliverable Orders

In the event that a delivery fails due to incorrect shipping information provided by You, or if the parcel is unclaimed after multiple attempts, the Order may be returned to Us. Re-delivery may be arranged upon request, subject to confirmation and verification, and may incur additional handling charges at our discretion.


Product Availability and Delays
