1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Policy:

  • “Customer”, “You”, or “Your” refers to the individual purchasing from our store.
  • “Product” means the goods offered for sale on our website, including gear sets, transmission components, braking system parts, fluids, and maintenance tools.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return for eligible products within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of wear, installation, or damage.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or invoice).

If 30 days have passed since the date of delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or refund.


3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the product is not returned in its original condition or does not meet our return criteria.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, you will need to initiate a return for the original item (subject to approval), receive your refund, and place a new order.


5. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation:

  • Please email us at cloud_levelling@outlook.com with your order number and a cancellation request.
  • If the request is made within the 12-hour window and the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • After the 12-hour period, we cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible, as the order may have already entered the shipping process.

  • We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Returns that do not meet our conditions above may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or damaged return parcels — we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
